Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of ethical standards
As a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, recognized by the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, I am required to adhere to the ethical standards of the American Psychological Association and the American Counselors Association, as well as the legal mandates of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Maintaining my licensure also requires continuing education related to ethics and other relevant professional competencies.

As a researcher, I understand the responsibility to produce research that is ethically sound while contributing to the academic body of knowledge. The following artifacts demonstrate my training and accreditation related to ethical standards in various domains.
